Elko Lions Club

The purpose of this information is to provide guidelines and consistent procedures for determining approval of request from the Elko Lions Club. 

Things to be considered:

1. Funds Available.
2. Is it within the mission of the Elko Lions Club?
3. Prior history of this type of request.
4. Prior history of giving to the group or individual requesting funds.
5. Other funding sources available to group or individual. 
6. Extenuating circumstances.
7. Does funding the request set a precedent that we do not  want to establish?

Types of request we will not fund:   Political donations

Every request will be judged on the merits of the individual request.
