Get Ready to Cast Your Line! Elko Lions Club Fishing Derby is Back!

Register today! The annual Elko Lions Club Fishing Derby is set to make a splash at South Fork Reservoir from September 12th to 14th, 2025!

Prepare your gear and mark your calendars for a weekend of fun, fishing, and friendly competition. Whether you're a seasoned angler or looking for a great outdoor activity with the family, the Elko Lions Club Fishing Derby offers something for everyone.


$1000 GRAND PRIZE

$100 AWARDED EACH DAY FOR BIGGEST FISH

South Fork Reservoir - September 12-14, 2025 - 6AM-6PM

Reel in fun while supporting Elko's youth! We invite you to join fellow anglers for a day of competition, great catches, and community spirit. Bring your rods, reels, and your passion for

fishing, knowing all proceeds empower local youth

Prizes for each age group:

Tiny Anglers - 3-5 years old

Little Reels - 6-9 years old

Young Anglers - 10-13 years old

Teen Tackle - 14-17 years old

Adult Division - 18+ years old
